This 10 page back up story story with the Phantom confronting soldiers who had committed war crimes, was written and drawn by Paul Mason, edited by Glenn Ford, and assisted edited by Amanda Bacchi. The main story in the issue is part 2 of The Sage of the Vultures, by Andersson and Spay, with front cover by Spay and back cover by Mason.
